1. Using the Platform

Candidates may create one profile and use it to search and apply for jobs. Employers may post accurate job listings and evaluate candidates through our tools. You agree to provide truthful information and not misuse the platform for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.

2. Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Content you upload (resumes, job posts, messages) remains yours, but you grant us the licence needed to operate the service.

3. Job Listings & Applications

We verify employers where indicated but do not guarantee hiring outcomes. Listings must represent genuine opportunities; we may remove listings that violate our guidelines without notice.

4. Recruitment Services

Recruitment service engagements (staffing, executive search, volume hiring) are governed by separate signed agreements between your organisation and Mr Recruiter.

5. Liability & Changes

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Mr Recruiter is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
