3. Sharing With Employers & Candidates

Your profile is shared with employers only when you apply to a role or explicitly make it discoverable. Employer accounts see candidate information solely for evaluation of their open positions.

4. Data Security & Retention

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we retain minimum records where legally required.
